Sheryl Zayac, as president of the
firm, and a minority business owner provides, administrative direction
along with 12 years of corporate marketing and sales experience. Alex
Azan, P.E. is a licensed engineer in the State of Florida offering 12
years of project management. Richard Marcel, LEED AP is certified by the
US Green Building Institute and offers 12 years of project/landscape
design. By combining the creative and practical knowledge of each, along
with over 36 years of professional experience, our projects meet or
exceed your financial goals with innovative ideas that work.
FROM START TO FINISH
We put our experience to work from the start. Our project involvement often starts early on by doing the homework for our clients by identifying opportunities and exposing challenges prior to the start of the design. From identifying challenges with due diligence reports, through conceptual planning to identify development opportunities, to final design and construction administration our experience and education will help realize your project goals.
PERMITTING AND ENTITLEMENTS
Private developers and Public Municipalities alike face a multitude of approvals and permits for any size project. It is extremely important to know prior to the start of any project what permits are required, the realistic and reasonable time frame for approval, and have experience in working with the agencies to keep the project moving. Our professional experience, extensive knowledge of local and state regulations, and positive reputation with local municipalities and agencies allow Keith Zayac & Associates to efficiently navigate through the myriad of approvals and obtain positive results.
